This place is very unprofessional. I called to inquire about services and was told if I’m using a Groupon I would be expected to tip based on the original price. I explained that tips are based off the service provided and the person answered the phone stated “We’ve been in this business for over 26 years and I’m just letting you know what tips are expected and if I wasn’t willing to pay that there was no need to come in”. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism before even making it into the establishment. I will not be going there and just wanted to warn possible future customers.

From the moment I stepped into Zina’s Day Spa and Salon of Canton, I felt like I had entered a tranquil sanctuary. The ambiance is absolutely calming — soft lighting, soothing music, and a welcoming aroma that instantly put me at ease. The staff were all incredibly warm and professional, making me feel like I was the only guest there.
I opted for the pedicure, deep tissue massage and body scrub, and all exceeded my expectations. The body scrub was incredibly rejuvenating, and the products they used left my skin feeling smooth and glowing. The massage therapist really knew how to work out the tension in my muscles — I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged.
What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. They took the time to check in with me about my preferences, ensuring everything was just right, from the pressure of the massage to the temperature of the room.
The spa also has a cozy relaxation area where you can unwind before or after treatment, which I thought was a lovely touch. Plus, the amenities are top-notch, from the plush robes to the high-quality products available for purchase.
I left feeling like a completely new person. If you’re looking for a luxurious, rejuvenating experience, at Zina’s Day Spa and Salon of Canton is the place to go. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I looked Zina's up before coming into town. Read the reviews. Then, I decided to book a couples massage. The massage was AMAZING. The pressure was perfect. I usually bruise after a massage, not one bruise. My partner loved his massage he was talking about it all weekend. He can't wait to go back. I believe Zina was the owner we first met. She is a sweetheart. Our massage therapists were awesome. My massage therapist had the softest hands. It made a difference to massage.

WORSE “SPA” I’ve ever been to in my life! I normally don’t leave reviews but this was a really horrible experience.
I was super excited to come to this place with my friends who live out of state for a fun and relaxing experience. We decided to book 3 Swedish massages for 1 hour. On the website, it says to arrive 10-15 minutes before our appointment time. Upon arrival, we first receive a text saying that our appointment was pushed back 15 minutes, following a call saying that they were running behind schedule. As we walked in to speak to the owner, she explains that we would not be able to get 3 massages because an employee called out with Covid the night before. So instead of 3 massages, it would have to be 2 massages and a facial.
In the process of deciding if we still wanted to continue with these services, the owner becomes impatient and starts being rude to us. We explained that it was unfair that we were early and that she should have called us when she first found out that the employee would not be able to do our services before we arrived. This is completely unprofessional and is not an appropriate way to deal with customers. Not once did she apologize for the way she handled things.
