My granddaughter had four cavities filled and she didn't twitch at all when they gave her the needles to numb her mouth the staff is very professional and compassionate and attended to all my granddaughters needs explain to her the procedure before they started so she understood what is happening by the way she's only 6 years old thank you for the dental keep up the good work respectfully yours Mr krisher

I’ve been bringing my granddaughters to Portal dental since they received their first tooth. They are 10 and 8 now. The hygienist and dentist are very gentle and friendly. The only issues I have are: 1. Why must I have to fill out the patient paperwork every single time we come there? 2. Why can’t a filling instead of silver caps be put on baby teeth?

My daughter had a good experience with the braces so far! Everyone was nice including the lady that put the braces on. I didn't like the chairs were ripped up, the bathroom didn't flush and had other's people urine in it, I had to go to another bathroom in the department store near there. They definitely need a make over of new chairs, carpet and maybe paint. The windows was ok, need cleaning. Other than that, they did provide good work and great experience.
