After finding a few pics, I 've decided this salon must be a haven for 'FEATHERHEADS ONLY' when not intelligent enough to return a call to inform that a particular service is not offered there! Instead my number was blocked.- ZERO STARS
The customer service was outstanding.
I used to do maintenance at Salontra. I left on bad terms but to this day I highly recommend this place as your beauty go-to. The tenants are treated with respect from management and the customers are welcomed by friendly staff that genuinely care about your experience. Will (the owner) you are unfair at times. Unless the person is management you would treat us like we were pawns. I understand that jobs are easy to fill but you really should show more appreciation for the passion even the little guys give into your empire.
