Aliya is such a wonderful massage therapist. I am working from out of town for the next several months and will be making routine visits to her while I'm here. So happy to have found such a holistic and caring experience. The name says it all, pure harmony!
My friend is a regular customer and was visiting me in Atlanta when she suggested we try an online self-massage class with Aliya. It was such a fun experience that I hope it becomes a more common way to spend time with friends while learning something new. I can't think of many times I've learned something I now use every single day but after our session, my neck pain has gone down dramatically and I've been able to stay on top of it.
I see Aliya on a regular basis, and she's fabulous. Her massages aid my post-workout recovery. I highly recommend committing to a regular regimen with her because, as with most things in fitness, you get the best results with commitment over time.
