Aliyah is an excellent massage therapist. Her professionalism and expertise are apparent, and the attention to detail she shows based on my specific problem areas is incredibly helpful. She will listen to you and work with you based on specific pain or discomfort that you're experiencing, and the results are amazing. I have been going once a month for almost a year now and it's one of the best decisions I have ever made for the sake of my self-care and wellness. I would recommend her to anyone who is considering trying out massage therapy. You will feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and refreshed in her care. 5 stars.
I learned, many years ago, that Reflexology is the massage therapy I find the most comfortable and beneficial. After my favorite therapist relocated way out of Baltimore, I tried several different therapists over the years but until this past Tuesday, I never left any home or office feeling like I couldn't wait to return. So glad I found this place! Aliya is wonderful and I leave here with my back, shoulders and neck feeling amazing...quite a feat as they are always aching. After the craziness of the past few years I treated myself to a package of massages and I look forward to them each month. Also got a gift certificate for a friend in the neighborhood. I appreciate that for cold weather massages, Aliya keeps the studio toasty and uses warm towels. This is sooo relaxing, and a delight for my always-freezing feet! After the first massage, you can use online scheduling which is super easy.
