Honestly Gil deserves more than 5 Stars hes not only an excellent barber but a genuinely great guy! I enjoy watching netflix and chatting about the show while getting a solid cut. I was referred to Gil as I was struggling to find a good barber and despite him being a 40 min drive its worth it. Gil listens to you and provides really good advice on what he thinks will work vs wouldnt work and makes you feel heard. He doesnt rush so you know youre always going to get the best cut. I love the privacy of his shop as well. Cant recommend Gil enough!

Gil is a great barber! I moved from Colorado to Maryland and the first barber I went to in MD was just not working out for me but when I met Gil I knew that I'll stay because he convinced me right away. He understood what style I was looking for and I know I'll leave looking good each time. I like Gil's location. Parking is easy and the private 1:1 hair cut makes it comfortable and not stressful at all. I'm looking forward to my appointment each time.

Finally after a year. Switching 5-6 salons I finally found a real hair stylist who knows how to properly fade and has amazing scissoring technique. He understands how to cut the hair that fits the shape of your head and how to blend the side of your hair with the top of your hair without creating a division so it's seemless. And he also understands on top. The back of the hair is shorter and longer towards the front.
