Dove home care nursing services takes action to make employees feel valued, supported, and highly respected in all positions and this kept me motivated, productive, and loyal to my job.
Dove (RCC) provided outstanding caregiving services for my Mother for 8 months. The company met our needs by providing hourly services Monday through Friday and Live in services on Saturday and Sunday. While this was an unconventional hybrid service for the company, it was willing to work with us to provide the support needed. The road was a little rocky at first with the live in service but after the first four weekends things kicked into gear, and the level of care expected was provided. The two caregivers bonded with my Mother, provided great care, and went above and beyond the call of duty.
