I went to the Choice Pain on Reisterstown Road. I had only one bad experience with this site. The doctor I saw was belligerent and condescending. I voice my displeasure with him and instructed the staff to not schedule me with that particular physician. after that interaction they matched me with a much better caregiver. They worked well with us when we moved out of state to North Carolina and had to come back to Baltimore to be seen by Doctor McCutchens. They were very accommodating because we were coming so far to be seen. I would like to say thank you all for making a difficult situation much more tolerable.
I agree the staff is not the greatest at first, but once they get to know you they will help with anything.. You have to realize that not all the people that come there are really looking for help. The drs who treat you couldn’t be better. They will ask how family is doing, they remember what you told them last and they make you feel comfortable.... that is if you FOLLOW THE RULES. I follow their instructions to the letter and I do what I’m supposed to do .... and I have no problems with them. They can tell who is playing games and who isn’t. I love everybody at Choice pain and Rehabilitation management at the Pikesville office. Everyone I've met has been extremely efficient, kind, caring, and always so helpful! I would never ever want to go to another pain management clinic! And may I say how much respect and love I have for you all that work there during these difficult times where it seems like pain management practitioners and pain medications seem to be undergoing near impossible odds, and I bet many of you feel frightened. And yet you still have the courage to come in every day and help people like me.
