Greetings! I would be very happy to give my opinion on the choice pain management office,The Doctors and staff are very pleasant ,I'm always happy with the service when I go. I would surely recommend your office if I were aware that someone is in need of physical therapy or rehabilitation .I've had a family member to recieve help and he was back to work in half the time initially given by another company He is happy with the therapy he recieved as well. Thanking you always for adding to my quality of life I have now ! we are happier and he's able to perform better on the job.... thanksà again for the great services. ????, ???
I went to the Choice Pain on Reisterstown Road. I had only one bad experience with this site. The doctor I saw was belligerent and condescending. I voice my displeasure with him and instructed the staff to not schedule me with that particular physician. after that interaction they matched me with a much better caregiver. They worked well with us when we moved out of state to North Carolina and had to come back to Baltimore to be seen by Doctor McCutchens. They were very accommodating because we were coming so far to be seen. I would like to say thank you all for making a difficult situation much more tolerable.
I agree the staff is not the greatest at first, but once they get to know you they will help with anything.. You have to realize that not all the people that come there are really looking for help. The drs who treat you couldn’t be better. They will ask how family is doing, they remember what you told them last and they make you feel comfortable.... that is if you FOLLOW THE RULES. I follow their instructions to the letter and I do what I’m supposed to do .... and I have no problems with them. They can tell who is playing games and who isn’t.
