I have had a great experience with Hugh and Capacity. Hugh trained me both before and throughout my pregnancy. I came in with a good level of fitness and wanted to focus on strength training and progressive overload. Hugh made 5 AM workouts fun and challenging. He helped me make modifications to my workouts while pregnant while still making sure I could challenge myself in a safe way. I generally felt fewer pregnancy symptoms on the days I worked out with Hugh and I know my delivery and postpartum experience will be so much easier thanks to our consistency. Hugh is a fun and personable coach who I would highly recommend if you are looking to get stronger!

Can’t recommend Capacity enough! I started working with Hugh in January this year and have really enjoyed my overall experience. I participated in the transformation program and now train with Hugh 2x a week.
Where I started - I’ve always been relatively active; did sports growing up, dabbled in strength training on and off as an adult, regularly did group fitness classes and ran when the weather was nice. I felt like I was not making progress with my activities regarding strength and stamina. I wanted to get back into strength training while being efficient with my workouts, so I looked into working with a trainer.
After years of stop-starts and letting the weekends derail my weekly progress while constantly looking for the silver bullet of what I needed....Capacity Fitness is it. Full Stop. And that's not to say they have a secret trick that no other gym does, it's simply the fact that Hugh and his team of coaches are excellent at what they do: accountability, programming, nutrition coaching...all of it. Hugh works side-by-side with you to determine where you've slipped in the past to design a structure and habit formation that feels seamless and supportive.
