I set up a video call with Dr Banks. She was not even professional enough to turn on her camera. She called me the wrong name and got an attitude when I wanted to confirm that she knew who she was talking to. I think it’s fair to ensure that if I go in for liposuction I don’t come out with a BBL because you got your patients wrong. Maybe if she had the camera on she would not have made that mistake. Very unprofessional. This is why black businesses don’t thrive. They want you to pay top dollar for poor service and poor attitudes. There are plenty of board certified surgeons that will gladly take my $12k.

This is a beautiful spa that surprised me with such a variety of services and spaces that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I did the Halotherapy which was perfect for fighting the winter weather. My guest and I felt like we have the entire spa to ourselves from the time we entered. Even as other guests were being serviced, it never interfered with our experience. Also I appreciate how kind and thoughtful the staff was in receiving us as guests. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was excellent, facilitated by courteous and amiable staff members. Our experience in the grotto was enjoyable; however, we encountered an issue with the number of masks provided for a couple, which was what I had specifically booked. As a result, certain areas were left uncovered.
My primary concern arose during the checkout process. When I made the reservation via phone, the representative quoted a price of $310 for the couple's experience. However, upon checkout, I was informed that the total was $350. I inquired about the discrepancy and noted that the price list displayed at the front desk also indicated the couple's experience as $310. (see photo posted) Despite this, I was informed that the final amount would be $350, in addition to a service charge of $77, bringing the total to $427, which was unexpected.
Being quoted one price over the phone, seeing that same price displayed at the front desk, and then being charged a different amount feels deceptive and is quite disappointing. Additionally, I received a call the day before my scheduled session requesting a change to a later time, only to be contacted again on the day of the appointment—just two hours prior—asking me to return to my original scheduled time. This inconsistency was somewhat perplexing and unprofessional.

Dr. Banks is amazing! If I could give her 100 stars I would. She was the only plastic surgeon in the area willing to help me with an urgent situation I had. She is an Angel. I’m forever grateful to her. I’d also like to say that Cindy was great with setting up my appointment. She provides wonderful customer service.

Very quiet , simple with nice staff and many difference services ! My massage, 80 minute Signature, with David was excellent! I have had many over the years and this is one of the best !. There’s a good discount as well if you sign up on a monthly basis. Thank u and I signed up ?♀️
