I received a refurbished Lexmark printer from AIM. This was a replacement printer, so I am fairly familiar with the unit. Set it up and it should an error: Paper Jam. But there was no paper in the unit as I had never operated it.Figuring I was going to get a lot of hassle, I called tech support and spoke to "Tony". He was eager to help and clearly walked me through several steps to locate the problem. A sensor was stuck in the "fail" position. He suggesd hoew I might correct it, but to no avail. Without blinking an eye, he gave me two option on how to return the unit at no cost to me. Problem solved.After the phone call, I tried his suggested fix one more time. SUCCESS....read full review
