My 2 year old's pediatrician referred him here to see if his astigmatism requires treatment. Dr. Avallone and Emma were amazing! They did a really great job with his exam (both keeping him focused and explaining the findings/recommendations to me). The front desk staff was very friendly and there were toys to play with and coloring books etc. highly recommend if your child needs an opthalmologist.
Dr Avallone is the Mr Rogers of eye doctors. He is truly gifted to put nervous or shy kids at ease and speak to them respectfully and honestly. He also put me at ease when I was anxious about my daughter's eye surgery. He's a treasure and we're so grateful for him! The whole team is gentle and supportive.
Dr Kollius is an efficient, kind, caring optometrist. She did a thorough eye exam and set me up with a retinal specialist the same day when I had a problem with my retina last week. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.
