I have been in chronic pain since my neck surgery 11/22. I've been to PT, tried dry needling, spinal injections, etc.I FINALLY got relief when I went to Northern Birth Roots and had an amazing massage by Jessica Ward! This is the 1st time in 10mos I've been pain free!!Thank you sooooo much, Jessica!! ?

I was given a prenatal massage as a gift from my sister in law and it was probably one of the best gifts anyone has ever gotten me. I absolutely enjoyed every second. Kirsten was absolutely amazing and really made sure I was comfortable. Everything was perfect from the massage to the vibe of the suite. I felt like a brand new person. I am very grateful to have met Kirsten ❤️

Best massage ever. Kirsten is sooooo talented and so so awesome to talk to. FINALLY a prenatal massage that doesn’t just feel like someone’s putting lotion on you. I never talk during massages and literally talked to her the entire time. I love everything about NBR and how welcoming they are to parents of little ones. Plan to come back asap and tell everyone I’ve ever met how amazing this place and Kirsten are. Oh and the sweet little gift bag at the end was the icing on the cake. Such cute stuff and totally not necessary but extremely appreciated. Thank you Kirsten!!
