Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. They did a great job examining my teeth and walking me through everything they were doing. Also they did a great and fast job cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend.

I got a permanent crown put on today and my root canal (from elsewhere) was a bit scarier than i anticipated it would be... so i was a bit nervous.When I got there today, I rlly liked my dental assistant today (Allie, i think). She was really friendly. I think it's nice how Dr Gens will give me a fist bump, would sometimes hum while he's working, and calmly tells me what i should expect as he's working. Anyways, I am really liking this office. They are all really great imo.

I have never been disappointed with the care that my family and I receive from everyone at Bay Hills Family Dentistry. Amy was wonderful today by squeezing me in with a last minute appointment. Dr. Bao and her assistant were great as well and quickly assessed the problem. We are grateful to have Dr.Gens and Dr.Bao taking care of our needs.
