It's been almost a year since we installed our reverse osmosis system. It's been great working with this company! They were able to show me that I no longer needed my water softener that had been installed for over 30 years. It was a joy to get rid of that ! It was a joy to get rid of that. It was such a hassle feeling it and it took up a lot of space. Every time I called they were courteous and super helpful .The real measure of a company is when you have an issue and how it's handled. We did have an issue and it was handled beautifully. The president of the company actually came out to the house and took care of it. Ronnie and Jeff arrived in a timely manner. They went to work immediately, worked efficiently, answered my questions, cleaned up any water and debris, and were finished in less than an hour.

Their prices are competitive they know what they’re doing and I wish I would’ve come here for all of my equipment in the beginning. It was at least nice to be working with a professional and we are very happy with our water now and will continue to use this company for all of the service.
The woman on the phone that placed the appointment asked a lot of great questions and I think that was the start of the impression I got from this company. I hold them at a very high level and sometimes I can be picky.
