A friend and I had been checking in for a couple weeks if they had a certain action figure. They had another in the series but not the specific character. I thought we'd just have to get it online when I realized neither of us had actually asked the staff. I inquired about it to a lady working there. She double-checked their backroom and, lo and behold, they had one last of the elusive character in stock! She said something about setting it aside because the box was slightly damaged (like, a crease at the corner) and some collectors tend to be pedantic with box condition buuut the figure was in impeccable condition. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a wonderful shopping experience overall. Wasn’t expecting much since it was a mall branch, but I was surprised by the selections of posters, cd’s, vinyls, plushies, and etc… Staff was super inclined to helping me out with what to get and we’re always there if I needed help. 5/5 will come again.

As long as there are stores selling vinyl, y'all get five stars.But seriously, if you collect physical media, all kinds, this is the store for you. Sometimes the prices can be quite a bit more than other places, but sometimes they have the best deals in the city. So it depends on the items. No stars deducted for price.Good customer service and easy to place special orders for stuff, they can get most titles.Awesome place all around if you are into any of: movies, music, toys, T shirts, or board games.
