I am a senior and took my laptop and printer in to the Tuxedo location because they weren't communicating with each other. Mohamad was so helpful and patient with someone not very tech savvy. He took time to explain what he was doing and to make sure I would be able to understand what to do when I got back home. He even carried my printer out to the car for me! Would absolutely recommend and use this business again.

Highly recommend this place, if there was a 100 star I’ll give to them. Had a problem with the volume button on my phone, other repair shops quoted me some ridiculous price. Went to Mobile tech and one of the clerk literally fixed it using a cleaning agent and a brush and charged me nothing!

Excellent service and customer care. As well as prompt, professional service to the job, they were nothing short of excellent in their communication . They advised the progress and details of the job right away. Too often the customer has to do the chasing. I recommend these people very much ….. they are doing everything the right way.
