I ordered a $11000 equipment on the assurance that the equipment will be shipped within 2 days from the date of payment which was duly done on 05.04.21.Today I contacted their rep in charge of organizing the dispatch and he was rude and pretended as if he was doing me a favor by shipping the equipment sometime this week.Then on top of that I was informed that installation could not be done until end June or beginning July. To get the order they say delivery within couple days and installation in a weeks timeIn reality there customer service and staff behavior is horrible. i would not recommend Fellers to anyone
