Very quick wait time.
The nurse (I believe his name was John?) that triaged me was lovely. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and kind. He asked all the right questions, was careful about my privacy and my comfort, and covered all the bases.
The doctor (or PA), she didn’t introduce herself so I’m not sure her name, was not as lovely. She was friendly, but didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. She was quick to throw antibiotics at me despite not being confident that my issue was a bacterial infection. A+ experience from the front desk, the intake nurse, the PA, and the x-ray tech! I appreciate everyone being so kind and knowledgeable. I only waited about an hour, which is easy breezy considering the state of ERs these days. I will definitely come back to this facility!
