"I am extremely disappointed with the service at this medical practice. It has been impossible to get an appointment for over a year, and there is no waitlist offered. The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and has been unhelpful in addressing concerns. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking timely and efficient medical care."

This practice is basically refusing to be give me an appointment despite being a patient for 5 years, because of a $150 past due balance. When asked for a payment plan was told no and that “this is a business”
Thank you for letting $150 keep me from getting healthcare. This feels illegal and cruel.

Stay away from this place at all costs. The people that run the office hate their jobs and they don't hide it. The billing department is the worst of the worst that I have ever encountered. They don't respond to messages or calls. The doctor mentioned during an appointment that i really shouldn't smoke, and they billed $21 for saying that as "smoking cessation." I feel bad for the doctors, because some of them are actually good. But they face they put forward with their office people are horrible. The worst attitude and the worst customer service. GO ELSEWHERE FOR PRIMARY CARE!
