This clinic has been the worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. I saw RN over five weeks ago, and was assured that referrals would be sent out promptly. Since then, I've called multiple times, only to find that nothing has been done. Despite their promises, no referrals have been processed, and when I reached out to the front desk, the staff member laughed at my concerns and abruptly hung up. During my appointment, Ana Rosario spent time criticizing insurance companies for not doing their part, yet she has failed to submit the referrals I need, even though I have paid the copay to be seen and treated. I called again yesterday and was told by the front desk that everything would be resolved by the end of the day. Yet, here I am the following day with no updates, no call back from RN, and no progress on my referrals. After reading the many negative reviews I should have seen earlier, it's clear this clinic is neglecting its patients. They continue to collect insurance payments without providing the necessary care. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise against trusting this office for primary care.
"I am extremely disappointed with the service at this medical practice. It has been impossible to get an appointment for over a year, and there is no waitlist offered. The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and has been unhelpful in addressing concerns. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking timely and efficient medical care."
This practice is basically refusing to be give me an appointment despite being a patient for 5 years, because of a $150 past due balance. When asked for a payment plan was told no and that “this is a business”
Thank you for letting $150 keep me from getting healthcare. This feels illegal and cruel.
