Proposal was delivered next day as promised including a list of references and the addresses of completed jobs which helped in my color selection.I was fully informed of the installation schedule and the crew arrived on time. I'm a co-owner of a four story condo in Brookline that experienced some rubber roofing being ripped up from strong winds, and also began to experience some minor leaking at the other end of the roof at the same time. I had a half dozen roofers come out for estimates and to take a look around.Rich Melo came out and he gave the most thorough inspection and identified all areas of concern. The estimator that came out to our job, Rich, is second to none. Ultimately we were not able to proceed with the roofing work, but his communication and thoroughness was leaps and bounds above the rest.
