This is a terrible branch. Every time I go there to open an account or connect accounts, I have waited only to be sent away or to another branch because the person who knows isn't in today.

I want to let you know that I have been a Bank of America customer for years but will be taking my banking elsewhere. This location is always under-staffed no matter what day of the week, time of day you go into this location. There are bankers standing around trying to help customers but they are creating more chaos and confusion with trying to help customers. Maybe instead of standing around, jump behind the counter and open more booths for customers. It's the most disorganized bank location that I have ever seen. This is a horrible branch. Huge lines, always, with the added bonus of 3-4 employees standing looking at computers or talking about lunch without helping move the line along. Super unhelpful and irritated staff (unless chatting to each other). I had to try three times to open a joint account and get questions answered about checks made out to both my husband and me. Do you have an appointment? Too bad - some random walk-in is trying to pay their mortgage in pennies, and they just walked into an office ahead of you.
