During the infamous "deep freeze" night of Feb 3-4 2023 in the Boston area (minus 32 degrees outside) the cold water pipe (1/2 inch copper) underneath our bath tub froze and then burst. Mr. James Lee of Larabee Plumbing fixed it in the most incredible way imaginable: fast, courteous, creative, on-time, and most importantly truly caring about the well-being of us the customers. Our plumbing layout in the ancient 1880's building is truly bizarre, extremely difficult to work on, but James worked tirelessly for two consecutive afternoon shifts (4:30 to 10:30 p.m.) until he finally found the crack, in an extremely hard to reach place, and then fixed it very rapidly. Gateway Deck Builders went above and beyond our expectations. I love how the owner checked behind his workers to make sure the job was being done to his satisfaction. An amazing quality work and very professional. We love the new additions to our home.

Called Larabee Plumbing Services and the techs came out to replace a leaking hose pipe. They were on time, very professional and just all around great to talk to. They provided quotes prior to installation and explained what needed to be fixed. The work was completed in just a short period time. 5 star company.
