The owner is a con artist that scams local businesses. Google him and find his bankruptcies and abuse of the system. He stole $14k from my business, $3k from another screen print business so by supporting this gym you're supporting a thief. I even made stuff for his second business John of All Trades and Toys for Tots fundraiser that he never paid for.
SmartTraining equipment helps pace and vary your workouts to maximize results and minimize risk. Members have 24/7 access. In my case, as a visiting Koko member, I was provided temporary after-hours access so I didn't have to guess at the hotel fitness center.
