Very happy with the services provided by Mr. Handyman. We are repeat customers and find the scheduling process very simple. The office staff are knowledgeable and easy to work with. The trades people they send out are terrific to work with and more than experienced for the task at hand.
Apparently this $200 charge without actually doing the job scam has been going on for a while. Well they came to my house to install a storm door. I had already purchased a screen door under the direction of another company who then no-showed on me so I was kind of desperate. First, They'll tell you to sign their tablet "acknowledging their one year warranty ". Do not do it, theres a bunch of ways they're going to charged you if you sign. Also, it's an acknowledgement of completion even though they want you to sign prior to work being done. To my surprise, the door didn't fit so they couldn't do the job. I have been working with Mr. Handyman of Lowell, Andover and Haverhill since the summer of 2023. I had a variety of projects done from rebuilding my deck and painting it to replacing rotted siding and window casings. Victor rebuilt the deck and it was painted by Brent and both did an incredible job. I have received many compliments on the great workmanship! Scott did a very detailed analysis of the work needed on the siding and window trim and I felt he was very fair with his estimates considering the major amount of work involved.
