I live in Florida six months of the year. I have been working out for many years in Florida. I have changed gyms more than a half a dozen times due to lack of cleanliness, lack of commitment from ownership/ equipment broke down all the time.
Not only do I highly recommend Swansea Total Fitness, I realize and appreciate the commitment of ownership. There’s pieces of equipment I’ve seen here at STF that I’ve never seen anywhere else.
The staff is equally committed. The location is always well maintained. The atmosphere is great. What more can I say?

I’ve been a member for nine months. This is the best gym I’ve been to. Having been a member of Planet Fitness, General Fitness and Workout World, I find STF to have the broadest scope of clients. Like all gyms they have machines, cardio etc. what sets them apart in my opinion is the group exercise room, sauna and large freeweight room and most importantly, the owners are in the gym every day. For what is offered, the cost of membership is remarkably affordable. My favorite gym and I won’t be leaving any time soon!

Love the gym. Great ammentites. Never have to alter your workout because something is being used. Staff is so friendly. Ryan T is always super nice & helpful in person & over the phone for any needs you may have. 5 Star Gym 5 star service
