TMCCC Gastroenterology – Stoneham

I rarely leave reviews for medical offices, even when the care doesn’t fully resolve my issue, because I understand how complex healthcare can be and that everyone is trying their best. That said, basic courtesy should be a given.

It doesn’t take much for staff to be polite and respectful, but my recent interaction here felt unnecessarily rude, particularly when trying to schedule an appointment. Patients are often already stressed and a little kindness goes a long way.

My experience with Dr. Leung has been very positive! He went over all my family history and symptoms patiently, answered questions, ordered appropriate testing, and answered all my concerns & came up with a treatment plan on follow up. Knowledgeable and helpful!

Hands off doctor , spends his time typing on the computer ,gets annoyed when you aska questionI ran out of medication and asked him for a refill when I was at a visit , asked the receptionists on the way out , it was never done I had to contact CVS who eventually got it but told me I was in my own when they ran out I also called 2 days later spoke with someone who told me she had put it through and that was t true , it was CVS who got it done
