Couldn’t speak more highly of this company! Our dog threw up on our new wool rug and I thought the rug was going to have to be thrown away. Jeff saved the day! I called Jeff at 4pm and he came the next day at 9:30am. Highly recommend!

We used J&S to clean our sectional and an area rug. They showed up on time after great communication leading up to the appointment. We are very satisfied and will use them again.

Needed some carpets cleaned on a specific date before moving into a new place in Salem. A few folks offered very slightly lower quotes but, none could accommodate my schedule given proximity to a holiday - J&S responded right away, were upfront about pricing, and worked around my preferred date. Jeff did an excellent job - the carpets were noticeably dirty (previous occupants had multiple pets) but they looked and felt much better afterward, including minimizing some larger stains. He was communicative beforehand, and prompt and professional day off. The price was reasonable for the amount of square footage and stairs involved, and for the quality of work.
