Review for blow dry.. I've gone to this location several times and color and gloss always perfect. I like to get my hair blow dried too but it's $45 extra. For some reason the colorist doesn't color AND blow dry. Last two times the blow-dry was fine. Not fantastic but I was satisfied. Not this time though. It was as if she has never blow dried anyone's hair before. There are no mirrors in front of you to see what they do but I figured how bad can it be? I told the woman to do my bangs first while they're wet or she'll have a hard time because of my crazy cowlicks. I even showed her a picture of me with how I like it.. Best Madison Reed experience yet! I arrived early for my appt so they took me in as soon as they could and did a phenomenal job. They were professional, friendly, and the colorist did a lovely and thorough job- bonus that all the staff there was such a pleasure to chat with!

I have scheduled twice via tje app amd when I arrived, my appointment had been canceled due to staffing issues. I was not notified. The staff person was very nice, she gave me a complimentary coloe kit, told me the manager would reach out, be they never did. Fighting Boston traffic for nothing is very frustrating.
