Matt was outstanding! He responded right away. The entire process (initial contact, diagnosing the problem, ordering the part, the repair, the explanation) was quick and fair. He was very responsive and patient with my questions. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I had bought a top-of-the-line PC with a RTX 490 is a 13th GEN I died processor, pretty much a top-of-the-line computer without a problem I brought it to wave one, and he told me no problem the next day, and he walked me through all of it all at all. Great experience that only can you diagnose and fix small stuff but he could build the best.
