Highly recommend! I brought my mom’s 45 year old wedding dress to be cleaned due to discoloration over time. It came out flawless.. so thankful and I’m convinced they can do anything!!
My family members and I have been customers of Shin’s for years now! She does our dry cleaning as well as any alterations we need. Recently, she did alterations for my wedding gown. I knew I could trust her with something as important as my dress, for one of the most important days of my life! Every time we walk in, she is incredibly friendly and quick to take care of us. I cannot say enough good things about Shin. I reached out to her on very short notice with an evening gown that needed a lot of work—and to make matters worse, the dress took forever to arrive. With my friend’s wedding quickly approaching, I was in a complete panic. Despite it being peak prom season and her schedule overflowing, Shin made time for me and handled every single request with incredible patience and a smile.
When I finally tried on the altered dress, it was beyond perfect. I genuinely felt like crying. It was a true miracle. Shin made magic happen, and I’ll never forget it.
