Bruce Cohn Fitness

I've been working out with Bruce for the last 5 months, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This is the best I've felt in a long time. I've been able to shed some weight, get stronger, work on my posture, and constantly have more energy.

Bruce is a great trainer and really loves what he does as well as cares about the well being of his clients. I am a Physical Therapist in the area and we both share a similar approach to fitness. Bruce is very knowledgeable and is always available to my patients when I need to progress them from Physical Therapy. I highly recommend Bruce and instill trust in his training ability. Working with Bruce has changed my life! I have never worked with a personal trainer before and I was hesitant to commit! Boy did Bruce change my philosophy on training. I never thought I would do pull ups, rope work and throwing a medicine ball (my personal favorite.) I am stronger, more flexible and feel like I can do anything he puts in front of me.
