I’ve used Fagone for both heating and AC repairs on my aging units the last couple of years. But this week was the first time I had major work done. I had an AC condenser replaced. It was a big job and they were in and out of the house all day long. Everyone on the team was efficient and courteous. They left the work spaces and the hallways/stairs they used really clean. Will definitely keep working with them. The price was fair and I got good advice about my repair vs replacement options.

Thank you, Jesse, for taking the extra time in our annual maintenance visit to answer my questions about our heat pump and explaining the basics about remodeling projects. Had no heat on one of the coldest nights so far. Andrew \\u0026 Eric\\ncame out. They checked out the units then proceeded to fix the problem. They were very professional and personable. they explained how the system works and informed me that if it should happen again that they would be back out and what\\nthey would need to do so that this problem doesn't continue.
