Excellent location to get you hair braided, styled, colored, etc; this salon does it all. I actually came here on a referral from a friend and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service is so good that after the hair is styled you almost want to just keep hanging out in there to talk and share stories. I'm honestly going to start making the salon trips a group event because it's such an inviting atmosphere ?

Came here 15 years ago and said I wanted dreads as I called them. So Jeneba started off retwisting my hair. She told me if I come here every two weeks to get a retwist eventually they will loc up. Been coming here ever since. Love the ladies and the service. More chilled and laid back. Jeneba till this day retwists me up.

When I stumbled upon this place I discovered a Gem. Tara is a manicurist extraordinaire. She took great care in restoring healthy growth to my nails. I continue to return and have recommended Upscale to my friends. And guess what? They are also happy with the service. Also love the ambiance of the place.
