Jim is thorough and professional, and cares about what he does. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and gave us a detailed quote for exactly what work needed to be done. While carrying out that work, he kept us updated on what he was doing, and let us know when anything unexpected came up - as well as taking care of things along the way we hadn’t even asked him to do (and without adding extras to his original quote).
