Terrible curbside. I pulled into the allotted parking spot, checked in, and waited almost thirty minutes. When I called they said, “Oh, I guess we didn’t hear it.” No apology at any point. Why have curbside if you don’t have a system to actually accomplish it or someone paying attention to it?

I needed help finding the correct hair care products as well as a few fragrances and Soraya at Ulta Peabody, MA took the time to help educate me and answer all of my questions. I left with a full bag and some new knowledge. Thank you so much Soraya, you are the best

amazing customer service i was confused on what eyebrow product to get since i have always had trouble finding my shade but i asked a worker and she was so helpful and found me my exact shade!!! Love coming in here
