The Service Corp.

I was having some issues with my boiler and decided to give the Service Corp a call. They were very cooperating and understanding of my current situation, and sent someone out to take a look. The service was outstanding and I liked the customer service as Nate was very professional and even went the extra length to explain to me what is wrong and how he would be fixing it. Overall I definitely recommend the Service Corp. Fantastic service.

Had to have our heating system looked at today due to it not staying lit. Kept shutting down. Called our oil company who recommended The Service Corp. Used to be The Service Department. We've used them in the past for a service and a new pump install years ago. Today went just as smoothly as years past, The tech today was very knowledgeable explained what went wrong with our boiler and an easy fix of a new igniter. Also recommended 2 new filters seeing that our neglect of an annual cleaning. To get us by until we can schedule a service clean. Couldn't be happier, low cost today vs. thousands for a new system.

They're excellent. Alex has been my technician that comes yearly for the annual cleaning. He's very professional and thorough, as well as takes the time to run through any questions or possible future issues with the furnace. I have used Service Corp for many years. They seem to be a company that takes pride in their customer service.
