Our hair stylist was Karen. She was very kind, thoughtful, and patient. She explained each step to my daughter and listened to my daughter's concerns. She made her feel like it was a spa treatment. Would 100% go back for sure! Thanks Karen!
Liked the children only hair cut. The employee's were very well versed and smooth in their operations.
The couple problems I saw were that instead of brushing after a haircut they use a swag, which makes sense for not irritating children's sensitive skin but the one applied to my son had glitters on it I guess from a previous client. I also saw some grime on the crevices of the big toys children play. Other than I liked that we were in and out in 20 minutes and the staff was accommodating for schedule changes.
