Got my 4 year old son’s hair cut here today and the staff is phenomenal! He was nervous and the lady sat on the ground with him and let him use the buzzers and get comfortable with it. She went above and beyond we will definitely be back!

I love this place! I check in online before going for myself and my kid, the wait is always pretty close, little wait is expected. The stylists are always polite and professional. They're also wonderful at being able to tell when I want a quiet haircut (sometimes I'm overstimulated and just need some quiet mom time to be pampered) and when I'm ready to socialize. I always take whichever stylist is available, they are all lovely!

My son has special needs and the Professional people at great clips show him the understanding and respect he deserves. Greatly appreciated! He requests this store for his hair care.
