    During the pandemic, they came out to help with some water damage.They proceeded to take more and more money on incorrect fixes, which honestly is fine. I understand that diagnosing the problem was difficult.The problem was once water started coming back in a month later after each fix, they would insist that they had to redo the same work, but for REASON XYZ it wasn't covered under the warranty.Finally, we had a different company come out who fixed the issue in 20 minutes with a tube of silicone.A year later, our roof they install failed.     Terrible thief. He took the entire roof payment which included hot water solar charges. He agreed to use the contractor that had done the initial install, and then disappeared after payment. I had to pay out of pocket several thousand dollars of my own money. Stay away. Complete slick cheat.

    First 4 or 5 homes went great and then poof its like they never existed. Dave Brown was my main point of contact followed by his cousin & I paid for 5 or 6 clients roofs as I do this to help my homeowners qualify for solar & now I'm just stuck. I was shown a license and insurance & where I paid through docusign I kept being told there office was filling out the TIN and W9 and now I am seeing temporarily closed & I know he handled business in the Carolinas that also have an res home improvement but they are pretending or RES MASS just vanished like Dave Brow b doesn't exist .
