James A. Dalelis Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a great experience working with James and his team to install our new boiler and water heater. He worked to understand our needs, gave us solid advice, and provided a competitive bid with no extras or upsells (and no BS!). His work was very professionally done, and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work and in providing the most useful components. He also took the time to explain the work, how the equipment worked, and made sure the settings were what we we were looking for. All in all a great experience, and we will be working with him again.

Our house has a non-standard heating and A/C arrangement, and the gas furnace for the upstairs developed a crack in the heat exchanger. James was one of three contractors that provided an estimate for replacing the system with a HE furnace and new A/C. He was very responsive, and actually spent time with me explaining various system options, and working out the details of how he would install the intake & exhaust piping. This was very important to me since the furnace is in a difficult location, and it required a lot of thought as to how best to route the pipes through the walls and through side of the house. On a very cold Saturday night in January, our tenants lost their heat. We called our two regular plumbers and and each told us he couldn't help us. We called 4 other plumbers and either they couldn't do it, didn't work Sundays, or just didn't respond at all. We found Dalelis on a finding service and saw they were close by, so we called and James picked up and said he could be there in about half an hour. James does what he says he will do.
