Anytime I’ve needed to bring my pets for an emergency they are welcomed and treated immediately. I can tell the vets, vet techs, and vet assistants care for my pets and their health is a priority. I appreciate them and want to thank them for all that they do for my babies and everyone else’s. They have a great team!
I can not recommend VUCC-Braintree enough for any pet parent. The staff is absolutely amazing. My first visit with them(when they were still in Quincy) a couple of years ago was the first "emergency" I had experienced with my boy Tucker, and they were still under COVID protocols so I had to wait in my truck. They were very helpful for someone who wasn't a fan of not being there for the treatment and that's why I stuck with them. Sadly, this past Tuesday I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my boy cross the Rainbow Bridge and the level of care and compassion shown by everyone in that office was second to none. The team was incredible. They scooped Shirley up right away to examine her. We were in last August with very similar symptoms. Sadly, Shirley wasn't going to come home this time. They were thorough. Showed me the x-rays explained my options and gave me time to process. Their level of compassion was beyond reproach. They brought my little girl in to me. I sobbed as I spoke to her and they cried with me while I waited for family to arrive. They gave me all the time I needed. They were gentle and kind. My Shirley passed surrounded by love. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them highly.
