Went in today for a french tip acrylic everything was going good until the lady starting painting. The undercoat is all smudged and not applied well and the actual tip isn’t even center on a nail and there is smudging all on the edges of the nail. The lady seemed as though she was in a rush and hurried me along, while being on her phone during my appointment. I’ve come here before and it usually goes good but today it was horrible

I got a french full set, and I'm blown away by the perfect lines and crisp white tips. It’s such a classic look, and they nailed it. My hands feel so beautiful.

This is normally my go- to place to get my full set of acrylics which I went today. I waited almost a half hour in the chair until they finally got me (multiple workers we sitting not busy) and the lady cut me multiple times. While she was filing she was hitting live skin making it very painful while shaping. She did give me a cheaper price than I thought which was very nice of her. The nails itself are very thick. Hours now later my fingers are sore and there are atleast 4 visible cuts on my cuticles while others feel as if there’s multiple hang nails. I am not the type to complain ever but this is ridiculous. The only two I know that have done a phenomenal job every time is Kim and Lily. I am sad to say I won’t be going back

I called at 5:30 and asked if they had time for a full set gel acrylics and a regular pedicure and was told yes, my technician was Kim for my manicure and during the shaping and filing process I pointed out some flaws in that nails and asked for them to be fixed and they were not, I asked for blue French tips, there was no base color put down so you just see the natural nails underneath, it seemed to me Kim was in a hurry to leave the entire appointment. A different lady who I did not get the name of did my pedicure and she was amazing! When it came time to pay I still had to pay full price and was told that I would STILL have to tip Kim. I usually don’t leave reviews but in this circumstance I am extremely unsatisfied, I don’t get my nails don’t often and this was a treat from my boyfriend. Don’t waste your money here!

Awesome tech, I had recently been hospitalized and unable to take care of my feet. Nails were super long and she took such care.
