This place is great! I was able to have the opportunity to be massaged by Rose, Bob, and Steve, and I couldn't speak more highly of them all! Bob and Steve, I have to admit, have been able to help with my sciatica a bit more, but Steve was able to hit a nerve I didn't know I had. I have shoulder pain, and he was able to make life a little more bearable. While each therapist has different levels of intensity, they always seem to know what spots to knead out. The staff is so kind and caring, but Freddie has by far been the sweetest. The place is always clean and comfy, and there are so many options to add to your massage. Five stars doesn't seem like enough to express how incredible my experience was at Elements Massage. From the soothing ambiance to the skilled therapists, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I left feeling like a new person, relaxed and revitalized. I can't recommend this place enough!

Everything about your experience at Elements in Newburyport is nothing short of relaxing AND therapeutic! The team from the front desk to the massage therapists are well educated in the different types of therapies offered and will match / recommend the best option for you! I’ve recently been using their Red Light Therapy service and have seen great improvements in my sleep,skin,and energy levels!
