I was apprehensive about a personal training session because it's been a while since I've hit the gym, and past experiences with trainers who overworked me left me feeling discouraged. Stacy made the workout feel completely do-able. I left feeling great and - more importantly - successful. It wasn't until later that I realized how many muscles were worked :-)
I’ve struggled with knee and back pain while working with other trainers and it always leads to time off from working out. Stacy creates workouts for me that get me in shape without feeling my knees and back the next day. I’m feeling more in shape than I ever have! She’s able to plan around my injuries while pushing me to get in shape at the same time!
