I literally just walked in the only girl working there sees me enter then walks in to the tanning both and does her little tan session well I wait sitting for 15 minutes for her to finish so that she can do her job smh.

I am relieved to see that there are other one-star reviews. Michelle Fren has been the rudest Owner/Manager that I have ever encountered in life. I was absolutely appalled with how I was treated by her. She is also a landlord of Hilltop Garden of Leominster & is just as unprofessional. Michelle has a lot of greed & arrogance when it comes to money. I do NOT recommend doing business with her ever until her personality changes. I cannot fathom being an employee or tenant of hers..scolding at & hanging up on potential clientele for being interested & truthful shows how “professional” you truly are.
