I just started going here 6 months ago. I have had a couple appointments they have been efficient and were able to do some tests while I was there so i didn't have to wait days for results to simple tests. Their office visit was cheaper than seeing a tech at my previous vet. I got quoted for a tumor removal that was 1/3 the cost of my previous vet. I have two dog the other is starting next week and I am also going to be able to bring both dogs to the same appointment so my first dog can get re-evaluated for the surgery since the tumor is growing, and seems to be bother the dog now. I''ll update my review after the surgery.

Dr Marcoux is the absolute best veterinarian I have ever met in my life! I have owned nine dogs been to many veterinarians spend thousands of dollars now finally I meet a real veterinarian that is there to fix the problem not prolong it for money! I have never been invited in the back where the veterinarians take your animals and then they come out after with a huge bill saying they did this and that well Dr. Marcoux is the real deal. I was extremely pleasantly surprised that he welcomed me back to watch everything he was doing! He did some test got the results quickly showed me exactly what was wrong and how to treat it he is very friendly and honest. I will never go to any other Vet . I wish I met him 30 years ago.His staff is also very nice.l was very happy with the price. I know for a fact if I took my dog to any other Vet the bill would have been doubled!! Thank you Dr Marcoux!

Place smells, staff is rude and swearing all the time. Was looking to bring my pup here but not with the staff's rude demeanor and how absolutely disgusting the office is.

Yikes, I wouldn't go in with my Rosie girl. The attitudes of the office staff just to see if there was a quick nail trim available and the smell of apathy was enough for me to keep on going on our walks. It's so sad that the neighborhood and streets on Jackson Street, other than the new M&T bank with grass and beautiful flowers, are so dirty and depressing. Anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle, walk in the fresh air and care for their dogs has to drive miles away to clean neighborhoods with caring neighbors and vets.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. My dog is 15 this April so I've been with Pleasant Valley for a long time. Anyway, my dog had been lethargic not really eating, then one day I noticed some blood in his urine so I make the appointment. Next day I'm running around running a bit late so I call to let them know as I have done other times in the past. They tell me that everyone is going to lunch that the vet wouldn't be able to see him. EVERYONE is going to lunch??? Yes everyone.. Mind you, I've been coming here for the better part of 15 years. Now my dog is showing some pretty worrisome symptoms you'd think they'd be more than willing to help an animal in need. At least that's what I had assumed. Nope..not the case at all..I had to bring him to a 24 hour veterinary hospital hwere they took him almost immediately. So please if you care about the well being and future care of your pet please do NOT take them to Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital.

I've had multiple visits to Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital. They are very helpful with scheduling, especially for urgent issues. Dr. William Marcoux is very knowledgeable and really cares about the pets in his care. I'm always pleased with the services provided.

They employees and front desk are very very ignorant and unprofessional. Kara Scione, The one with the glasses and attitude is horrendous. Consistent eye rolling, complaining about customers smell and constant nagging and noises. Only personhere that deserves respect or a "star" here is Dr. WilliamG. Marcoux. New staff needed.
