attention to detail... listening to the specific needs of the customer... yea, the walkway looks nice, but I was effing exhausted having to constantly monitor the work... to ask four times for some things A year later I find a gutter that got disconnected. Come on guys I told you about this several times. do not contradict me. when I paid you I also wrote a detailed letter about my issues and YOU NEVER RESPONDED.

We have now used Masonworks for three projects: to replace a small retaining wall (2019), build a patio into a hill (2020) , and just finished a basement. As with my previous reviews, I can say that they did exceptional work. The permit process took much longer than I anticipated, due in part to the City of Boston, but once the work began it proceeded smoothly and took the length of time Masonworks anticipated. The lead on the crew reviewed various options with me when necessary, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to make one choice over another. I worked with Masonworks in May 2022 on a big project to completely re-do my patio around my inground pool, driveway wall, and two sets of steps. I had a great experience from start to finish, primarily working with Bruno as my main point of contact. I'm a first-time homeowner who was taking on my first significant project at the house. I asked a lot of questions before I decided to partner with Masonworks on the project and Bruno was consistently helpful, timely, and patient in his responses.
