Serenity is a great spa—I’ve been going here for years for facials, massages and other treatments—primarily at their Medford but also Stoneham location. There are some aestheticians who are truly spectacular (like Beth and Laureen) and the owner Jackie is lovely and it’s been great to see what she has done with the business, and her team loves and respects her. My only constructive feedback relates to an experience for a policy which I totally understand for the business—for certain services if you do not cancel within 24 hours, there is a 50% fee of the cost of the service. I’ve been seeing Kat for microneedling and I am OBSESSED! 😍 My skin has never looked better. Kat does such an amazing job—she’s so knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect.

I’ll definitely be going back to see her again and again. Highly recommend!
