Five-plus years of monthly visits, and I still look forward to every appointment. Mandy and Vivian are both the rare kind of professionals who combine real expertise with genuine warmth — they remember what my skin was doing last month, adjust their facials accordingly, and the results speak for themselves.
The studio is immaculate and calming, and you leave feeling like you've been properly taken care of, not processed.
If you're in the Medford or Boston area and serious about your skin, book with either of them. You won't go anywhere else after.
I landed a last minute facial with Mandy almost two years ago when my family was out of town and I needed some pampering. I've been going monthly ever since! Her facials are incredible. She always customizes my treatments for however my skin is that day. The facial massages are AMAZING. And I leave positively glowing, with hydrated, bouncy skin. There is always metered parking available outside, and Mandy is incredibly responsive to communications and flexible with scheduling. Prices are competitive for the Boston area. What else is there to say? If you're considering an appointment, definitely book!
Still love coming here. She works magic on your skin! Great friendly service! Very professional, she will explain the treatments to you and help you decide what your skin needs. I have sensitive skin at home. My routine is basic and simple. I gave her a try yrs ago and since never once regretted going to her! My skin feels great after her facials, atmosphere so relaxing you will fall asleep in there...lol
That in itself is magic since I have 2 kids, work and my mind is always go, go! This place is really a nice SELF CARE treat :)
