I have been to a lot of F45s in the Boston Area to do the 7 for 7 deal where you can pay 7 bucks for 1 week. I highly enjoy this work out and this studio. The crew that comes here is pretty hard core and they have a wide offering of classes- as early as 5am (!) for the first class of the day. I loved their music, too (straight hip hop generally and no techno like other F45 locations). The parking situation is pretty good and there is a really good nail salon right next door for those wanting to hit a gel mani right after the class. I never write reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. The staff is helpful, motivating and friendly. They offered modifications from the beginning which made all the difference in making me feel comfortable and welcome. There are multiple trainers on the floor during workouts to offer assistance. The studio has awesome energy, and there is plenty of parking. They also have a clean sneaker policy which I appreciate. Thank you F45 Medford for a great trial week! :)

This is an awesome F45 gym! One of the standout features of this particular location is the warm and friendly environment. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure that you're getting a kickass and safe workout - like correcting my form or even just providing verbal encouragement throughout. Never had issues with parking either. The sense of community and personalized attention you'll receive truly sets it apart from the rest! Highly recommend giving this gym a try.
