Been coming to this gym for about a year now. This is the longest commitment to working out I have had since high school athletics. The coaches are fantastic-super welcoming and motivating. The workouts provide a great mix of cardio and strength training. Very easy to get the hang of the workouts so you truly can shut off your brain and exercise. I cannot recommend this location enough!!

I have been coming to this studio for about a year and a half and it’s been an incredible experience!!!! The coaches are like friends and the community is unlike any other. The workouts are tough but every single coach is there to support and encourage you every step of the way! I was always intimidated by F45 but the Medford studio made me feel comfortable and welcome!

I continue to enjoy the F45 Training model as it fits into weekly routine really well. The Medford site has endeared me more to it and enjoy being part of a community. They have an enthusiastic, highly educated and certified staff that is invested in your fitness progression and challenge to reach your goals at every workout. My only complaints: the gym is a little small for 28-36 bodies and the facilities/equipment could be improved. I'm a lot healthier and happier than when first started going.
